About the role

As a Retail Sales Colleague at Currys in Carlow you will join a friendly team that helps customers discover and enjoy technology. The role is part‑time (15‑30 hours per week) with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work additional hours.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with the appropriate products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and provide advice on delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing various operational tasks.

• Approachable and friendly with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable meeting personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
• Strong team player confident working across all areas of the store.
