Retail Store Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Dungarvan store. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and driving sales of Vodafone mobile, broadband and related services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising and stock levels.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure clear communication of promotions in‑store.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on store results.
- Train new employees and implement loss‑prevention measures.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in telecommunications or electronics.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff and management.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dungarvan, including weekends and peak trading hours.
Required skills
- Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic reporting tools.
