Retail Supervisor – Fuel Station

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our Applegreen site at Birdhill, Junction 27. In this role you will support the Site Manager in running a busy retail outlet, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Help drive sales and achieve targets through effective team motivation.
• Set clear goals, communicate expectations and lead by example.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Own transport is required for a motorway site.
