Sales Account Manager – Healthcare (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join our client’s team in Kerry. This hybrid, outbound‑sales position focuses on building and managing customer relationships within the healthcare sector, driving revenue growth and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an assigned customer portfolio through outbound sales and digital engagement.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, forecast and report on KPIs.
• Conduct structured sales calls, uncover customer needs and advance opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, tenders and acquisitions in healthcare.
• Oversee customer contracts, renewals, subscriptions and service agreements.
• Provide customer insights to support marketing initiatives and business growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales, account management or healthcare experience (desirable but not essential).
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement and achieving targets.
