Sales Care Co‑ordinator

About the role

Beyondbmi is seeking a Sales Care Co‑ordinator to join its fast‑growing healthtech team. You will work with inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in medically‑managed weight‑loss programmes, guiding them through the sign‑up process and helping them overcome stigma around obesity.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via email and phone, asking targeted questions to understand client needs.
• Conduct compassionate consultations to assess suitability for the programme.
• Own the sales pipeline, following up with prospects until conversion.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets in a mission‑driven environment.
• Educate clients on Beyondbmi’s evidence‑based weight‑loss solution.
• Stay updated on obesity care, behavioural change and health innovation.
• Collaborate with a remote, high‑performing team to scale the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness or a mission‑driven sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an empathetic approach.
• Comfortable working to targets without pressuring prospects.
• Strong interest in health equity and obesity as a disease.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
