Sales Consultant, AI Business Partner (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Consultant to act as an AI Business Partner for mid‑market organisations in the LATAM region. Based in Dublin, you will join a high‑performing commercial team and drive strategic, consultative conversations with senior decision‑makers about AI transformation, data strategy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through targeted outreach, deep account research, stakeholder mapping and market analysis.
• Develop strategic hypotheses on how AI can solve real business challenges and build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead executive discovery calls, uncover pain points and translate complex AI solutions into clear commercial value propositions.
• Collaborate with senior Account Executives and Directors on territory planning and deliver well‑qualified opportunities with clear next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date on AI, SaaS and digital transformation trends and become a trusted voice in the market.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or consultative commercial roles.
• Strong interest in AI, technology and SaaS solutions.
• Confidence engaging C‑suite stakeholders and excellent storytelling and questioning abilities.
• Commercial mindset, curiosity and solid business acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred.
