About the role

Cohesity is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive awareness and adoption of its AI‑powered data security solutions across the French market. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to start a career in sales and build a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to build and refine outbound prospecting lists targeting French enterprises.
  • Identify key decision‑makers within target accounts and create multi‑channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects’ needs and introduce Cohesity’s platform.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify them using predefined criteria.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Required profile

  • Enthusiasm for sales with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Experience researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Receptive to coaching, high grit, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
  • College or bachelor’s degree.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
