The Maritime Hotel in Bantry is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its Restaurant & Bar team as Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistants. Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, including cocktails.
• Support service by setting, clearing and maintaining tables.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Share local knowledge and personal recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain consistently high service standards throughout each shift.

Required profile
