About the role
We are partnering with one of Ireland’s leading publishers to hire a Senior Account Executive for their sales team. The role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with Irish media agencies, selling premium digital, audio and video inventory, and driving revenue for major brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of Irish media agencies, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Respond to briefs, create tailored proposals and pitch proactively.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through reactive and proactive sales activities.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops, Creative, Data & Insights, Editorial Partnerships and Product teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide agency and market insights back to the commercial team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of media sales experience in the Irish market (agency sales, publisher sales, or agency‑side planning/buying with sales responsibilities).
- Strong problem‑solving ability and confidence presenting to planners and buyers.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
