Senior Architect – Lead Design & Project Management

About the role

Reddy Architecture + Urbanism is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Dublin office. This full‑time position will lead architectural design efforts, oversee project management tasks, and ensure seamless delivery of high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative, sustainable design solutions for residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior architects and guide design development.
• Liaise directly with clients to capture requirements and present design concepts.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in architecture and architectural design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience designing and constructing residential buildings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for innovative, sustainable design and urban regeneration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
