Senior Associate/Manager – Clinical PK/PD Operations

About the role

Eli Lilly’s Global PK/PD and Pharmacometrics Department is expanding its Clinical PK/PD Operations team in Cork. As a Senior Associate/Manager you will support the operational side of drug discovery and clinical development programs, ensuring that PK/PD deliverables are high‑quality and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee departmental PK/PD deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with PK/PD scientists and cross‑functional teams to align timelines and expectations.
• Manage data flow, documentation, and reporting for clinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses.
• Identify process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of ~3 years of experience in clinical pharmacology or related pharmaceutical environments.
• Hands‑on experience with non‑compartmental analysis.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phoenix WinNonlin for PK analysis.
• Experience using Monolix for pharmacometric modeling.
• Competence in performing non‑compartmental analysis.
