Senior Business Strategy Consultant

About the role

Slalom is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to join its UK&I Business Strategy team. You will work directly with executive leaders to solve critical business challenges, develop growth strategies, and design practical implementation road‑maps that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic consulting engagements across multiple industries.
• Conduct research, analysis and problem‑solving to address complex business challenges.
• Develop business cases, growth strategies, operating model assessments and transformation road‑maps.
• Evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, performance metrics and investment priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align leadership teams and build consensus.
• Analyse business, financial, operational, customer and market data to generate insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and strategically curious professional.
• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, with an understanding of how data and AI can enable outcomes.
• Strong structured problem‑solving, stakeholder management and analytical rigour.
• Background in consulting or industry with proven change‑delivery experience.
