Senior Consultant (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms) – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant with experience at a top‑tier consulting firm to help us design realistic consulting scenarios for training advanced AI systems. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios that include financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Break down each scenario into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to benchmark AI outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure the scenarios align with model training requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
