Senior Consultant (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms) – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant to help us translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. The position is remote, project‑based and operates as an individual contributor focused on designing analytical scenarios and evaluation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that reflect industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking and similar work streams.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading rubrics, golden‑answer solutions and metrics used to train an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

• Familiarity with financial modelling, market analysis and strategic frameworks.
