Senior Director – Site Lead

About the role

The Senior Director, Site Lead will own end‑to‑end performance of the Anngrove manufacturing site, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and people outcomes while advancing the company’s leadership in 3D printing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site with full accountability for operational metrics including safety, quality, service, cost and talent development.
• Embed Lean manufacturing principles, leader standard work and continuous‑improvement disciplines into daily operations.
• Foster a highly engaged workforce through visible leadership, clear communication and inclusive culture.
• Align cross‑functional leaders (manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS) around strategic priorities and remove execution barriers.
• Drive innovation and capability expansion in additive manufacturing and 3D printing.
• Set and execute a site strategy that supports long‑term resilience, customer performance and growth.
• Govern major capital, capacity and technology initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
• Develop strong leaders, create succession plans and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.
• Represent the site to senior leadership, customers, auditors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, business or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering safety, quality, cost and people results.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to align diverse functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
