Senior Engineer – Large Scale Mixed‑Use Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the delivery of a €100M+ mixed‑use development in North County Dublin. The role involves overseeing cost, programme and quality performance on a large‑scale construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse problem areas with cost or programme impact and develop and implement solutions.
• Manage information flow, documentation and weekly monitoring of outputs, quantities, critical activities and costs.
• Produce monthly reports on progress, budget, value, cost to completion, variations and delays.
• Manage subcontractors and mentor junior site engineers.
• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System and Safety Management System on site.
• Develop and enforce the Site Quality Plan and ensure all personnel understand and follow it.
• Review, approve and implement temporary works methods in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years site‑based experience in a similar engineering role within Ireland or the UK.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Full Irish driving licence and ability to work full‑time on site in Dublin.
