Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a fast‑growing global ecosystem of social discovery products. Based in Ireland and working fully remote, you will help build and evolve high‑scale mobile applications used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobile features, from design and estimation through development, testing, release and post‑production support.
• Design and maintain scalable mobile architecture with clean, modular code.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA and architecture teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards and manage technical debt.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, app‑store releases and production monitoring.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of widget frameworks and state‑management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and fluency in Russian.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
