Senior Project Architect

About the role

An award‑winning architectural studio in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead medium‑ to large‑scale commercial and residential projects. You will head a design team, manage design development, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team.
• Develop design concepts and oversee detailed design development.
• Manage contract administration and chair site meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met.

Required profile

• Registered architect (RIAI or RIBA) with at least 10 years post‑registration experience.
• Proven track record delivering medium and large‑scale developments in Ireland.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Extensive site experience and knowledge of current building and planning legislation.
• Effective stakeholder management.
