Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery

About the role

Ocuco Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software projects for eyecare professionals. Reporting to the PMO Director and working from Ocuco’s headquarters, you will manage the full software development lifecycle, from the Statement of Work through warranty, while maintaining strong customer relationships and commercial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute project plans across all SDLC phases (discovery, design, build, test, release, warranty).
• Manage iterative cycles with customers, ensuring continuous delivery of increments.
• Own the customer relationship throughout the engagement, resetting expectations when scope or schedule changes.
• Maintain the SOW baseline, run the change‑control process, and produce full impact analyses before customer agreement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial on change orders and scoping for follow‑on work.
• Support internal initiatives by developing business cases, tracking ROI, and reporting outcomes to sponsors.
• Own the project‑level risk register, drive issue resolution, and align cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations).
• Design and run governance structures, steering committees, status reporting, and communication plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects from inception to warranty.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, and commercial aspects of large‑scale engagements.
• Experience overseeing risk, issue, and change‑control processes.
• Capability to coordinate multiple internal functions and mentor junior project staff.
