Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Infrastructure Project Management team. You will lead cross‑functional teams delivering projects across energy, aviation, transportation, water and utilities, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage schedules and oversee deliverables across a high‑performing team.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the development of high‑performance behaviours and effective team processes.
• Ensure proactive and effective customer and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to meet business priorities, manage complex technical and commercial issues, and act as an escalation point.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project delivery role within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the power industry and connection processes.
• Excellent analytical, judgement and problem‑solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, driven and committed to delivering strategic objectives.
