Senior Project Manager – Noise Insulation

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead noise insulation programmes for airport‑related residential and community projects. Based in Dublin, you will act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, overseeing projects from planning through hand‑over while ensuring safety, schedule, budget and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of capital projects and noise insulation programmes, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants and contractors, and monitor performance.
• Engage with stakeholders including residents, local authorities, regulatory bodies and airport operational teams.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, overseeing schedule, cost, variations, contracts and risk.
• Ensure compliance with environmental commitments, employer requirements and corporate strategic objectives.
• Attend the site four days per week and work remotely one day per week.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in managing infrastructure or environmental improvement projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated airport environment.
• Experience delivering residential and community noise insulation schemes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
