Senior Site Manager – Construction (Galway)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of multiple construction sites across County Galway, including Loughrea, Athenry, Gort and Galway city. You will be responsible for delivering commercial and residential projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards while coordinating teams, subcontractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site activities and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams to align work with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress, produce performance reports for senior management and control budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation and quality control procedures.
• Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
