Service Manager – Luxury Automotive Dealership

About the role

The Service Manager will lead the launch and development of the new Mercedes‑Benz North Dublin flagship dealership. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for building a high‑performing after‑sales department from day one, ensuring the workshop, reception and customer experience reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Reception and Workshop, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach, delivering seamless and exceptional experiences for every visit.
• Develop, mentor and support a skilled service team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with service processes, legal regulations and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and streamlined workflows to enhance the customer journey.
• Implement initiatives that improve service profitability, operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
• Plan and execute service marketing activities to attract and retain customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing automotive service operations.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of delivering luxury‑level service.
• Leadership capability to oversee a multidisciplinary team and report directly to senior management.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal and health‑and‑safety standards.
