Service Technician – Field Based (Cork)

About the role

As a Service Technician for Culligan in Cork, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, servicing and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems at customer sites. You will work independently in the field, ensuring high customer satisfaction and representing the Culligan brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections of water cooler equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective technical solutions.
• Maintain an efficient daily schedule while handling reactive service requests.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete tasks.
• Record service visits accurately using provided digital tools.
• Provide a professional and courteous service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full and valid driving licence (max 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Customer‑first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
