About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Manager to lead our pizza restaurant team. You will be the first point of contact for staff on shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing daily management duties.
- Guide, motivate and support team members throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and food hygiene.
- Ensure consistent service excellence and achieve set targets.
Required profile
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving goals.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
