Site Engineer – Residential Apartment Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer with 3–4 years’ experience to join our team on a 156‑unit apartment development in Goatstown, Dublin 14. The role is site‑based, working closely with a Senior Engineer and Graduate Engineer to ensure accurate delivery of works.

Key responsibilities

• Set out works using Leica surveying equipment.
• Ensure construction is delivered accurately in line with drawings and specifications.
• Support site management and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain QA records and control survey data.
• Assist in programme delivery and scheduling.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience on residential or large‑scale construction projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Leica surveying equipment for setting out.
• Survey control and QA documentation.
