Site Manager – Residential Construction (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a large‑scale residential development in Goatstown, Dublin. You will ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while working closely with a leading residential developer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate all on‑site activities.
• Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of works.
• Enforce rigorous health and safety standards across the site.
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure materials and resources are available when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
