Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new residential development in South Dublin. The project is a greenfield site that will run for approximately two years, delivering high‑quality housing on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the site, manage construction and fit‑out phases, and oversee handover to the client.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate progress reporting and communicate effectively with senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, preferably on residential projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Required skills

• Health & Safety knowledge and implementation.
