Site Reliability Engineer II – IT Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer II to join our IT Infrastructure Support team. The role focuses on automating, monitoring and maintaining the reliability, scalability and performance of critical physical‑security infrastructure and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define, monitor and enforce Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for infrastructure tooling.
• Provide Level‑3 expertise for tooling incidents, creating runbooks and automation to reduce Mean Time To Repair.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks, aiming for measurable reductions in operational overhead.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and blameless post‑mortems for major incidents.
• Engineer scripts and processes to keep asset‑management platforms (e.g., NetBox) and configuration databases synchronized.
• Design, develop and deploy full‑stack applications, custom plugins and automation scripts for device configuration management.
• Maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code for Windows and Linux servers using Ansible, Terraform or Puppet, including drift detection and auto‑remediation.
• Build end‑to‑end pipelines for vulnerability patching, security baseline enforcement (CIS benchmarks) and continuous compliance auditing.
• Develop API‑driven tools for network configuration, firmware updates and real‑time health monitoring.
• Deploy and standardize monitoring agents, centralized log collection and custom dashboards with alerts based on critical SLIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site reliability or infrastructure automation engineering.
• Strong understanding of physical‑security device management and enterprise‑grade server/network operations.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑call rotations and 24x5 availability.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive continuous improvement.
