Solicitor – Public and Regulatory (Associate)

About the role

We are seeking an associate solicitor to join a growing Public and Regulatory team within a top‑tier international law firm in Dublin. The role involves advising professional regulatory bodies and public‑sector clients on a wide range of regulatory, disciplinary and administrative law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex investigations, litigation and enforcement matters, including fitness‑to‑practice and disciplinary complaints from initial assessment through to final sanction and hearing.
• Prepare and present cases before disciplinary committees, tribunals and regulatory boards.
• Handle Superior Court litigation, such as judicial reviews, statutory appeals and urgent applications.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a public and regulatory law background.
• Strong academic record and commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting, communication and teamwork skills.
