This role builds reusable analysis infrastructure, starting with Medini Analyze component libraries, supports training content and works across multiple product families and design types. It suits engineers with a solid foundation in semiconductor product development or quality engineering who want to build tools, tool interfaces, reusable assets and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Support, develop and maintain reusable component libraries in Medini Analyze for safety analysis (FMEDA, FTA, dependent failure analysis) across product families, working with FSO Safety Specialists.
- Help standardize analysis templates and modeling patterns, turning product-family-specific safety architectures into reusable, parameterized components.
- Support role-based training content for FMEDA execution, safety case construction and safety requirements writing.
- Engage with tool vendors such as Synopsys-Ansys (Medini Analyze) on capability evaluation, feature requests and user community activities.
- Develop functional safety expertise through mentoring and progressive project exposure, contributing to confirmation reviews and safety assessments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design engineering, quality engineering, systems engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor product development processes and lifecycle.
- Strong technical communication skills and self-directed work style suited to a globally distributed team.
- Willingness to travel about 10%, mainly to ADI sites in Europe and the US.
Required skills
- Structured analytical methods such as FMEA, design verification, characterization, simulation or reliability analysis.
- Building reusable technical assets such as component libraries, parameterized templates and structured analysis workflows.
- Preferred: experience with FMEA, FMEDA, FTA and tools such as Medini Analyze, Isograph, ReliaSoft, APIS IQ or Safety Office; familiarity with ISO 26262, IEC 61508, IATF 16949 and ASPICE; experience developing training content.
