Staff Nurse – Gerontological & Convalescence Care

About the role

Curam Care Homes is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on Navan Road, Dublin 7. You will deliver holistic, person‑centred care to older adults, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and those requiring step‑down or convalescence support.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with professional and ethical standards.
• Provide holistic, person‑centred care that promotes independence and enhances residents’ quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver specialist services for older people, dementia/Alzheimer’s, step‑down and convalescence care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to the model of nursing care practiced in the setting.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility for registration.
• Newly qualified or graduate nurses are welcome.
• Experience in gerontological or dementia care is advantageous but not mandatory.
