Subway Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Subway Team Member to join our Applegreen store in Swords. You will be part of the front‑line team, delivering a high‑quality food experience to customers while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Subway outlet.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Ensure all food safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway standards.
• Follow the Subway manual and training guidelines.
• Manage stock levels and perform stock control tasks.
• Create a positive food experience for every customer.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and working in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt quickly.
