About the role
We are looking for a Supervising Pharmacist to join our Ennis pharmacy. The role is full‑time (four days a week) and involves ensuring safe, accurate dispensing while providing expert advice to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescriptions and manage medication therapy.
- Provide health and wellness guidance to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, legal and ethical standards.
- Oversee stock control and maintain inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to uphold high standards of care.
Required profile
- Minimum three years post‑registration experience.
- Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Patient‑centred approach with a commitment to professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Expertise in dispensing and prescription verification.
- Medication management knowledge.
- Understanding of pharmacy regulations and ethical practice.
- Proficiency in stock control and inventory management systems.
