Support Pharmacist – Relief Role in Dublin City

About the role

PharmaConex is seeking a Support Pharmacist to work on a full‑time relief basis across several community pharmacies in Dublin City. The role offers a varied schedule, covering multiple stores and providing an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in community pharmacy practice.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counselling and over‑the‑counter (OTC) advice.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) guidelines and pharmacy SOPs.
• Support the supervising pharmacist with day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and the local community.
• Perform any additional duties required within the pharmacy setting.

Required profile

• BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
• Registered member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and alternate weekends.
• Motivated, reliable and patient‑focused attitude.
