About the role

Join the Arlington Hotel in Dublin as the Team Lead for its celebrated Traditional Irish Dinner and Show. You will oversee the live performances and ensure guests enjoy an authentic Irish cultural experience in a premium hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the smooth operation of live traditional Irish shows within the hotel venue.
• Lead, motivate, and support performers and operational staff to maintain high‑quality performances and service standards.
• Manage employee onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day team coordination.
• Liaise closely with hotel management and relevant departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor show operations and resolve any operational or guest‑related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or a related environment.
• Strong team leadership and employee onboarding experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience within a traditional Irish hospitality or food and beverage setting is desirable.
