About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Bray, you will gain hands‑on leadership experience while supporting a busy coffee shop. This position is designed as a stepping‑stone toward store management, offering coaching, real responsibility, and a clear pathway to further growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the shift team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and cash handling procedures.
