Team Leader – Fast Food Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and innovative Team Leader to join our Papa John’s/Chicken Guy’s franchise at Monread Fare in Naas. You will be responsible for driving a high‑quality customer experience while leading a motivated team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
• Generate new ideas to increase sales and improve departmental standards.
• Create rosters, oversee daily operations and manage the overall running of the outlet.
• Foster a positive working environment and monitor team competence.
• Achieve all KPIs and targets set by management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HACCP documentation and excel in health‑and‑safety audits.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong ability to resolve customer concerns.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems and food safety.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• High integrity, honesty and respect for colleagues and customers.
