Team Leader – Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will be the first line of management on the shop floor, developing essential leadership skills while delivering a high‑quality coffee experience to customers. This role is designed as a stepping‑stone for those who aspire to manage their own store or progress to regional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring service standards and product quality are met.
• Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and supporting their growth.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to meet financial targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policy.
