Team Leader / Supervisor (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader / Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Parkway Retail Park. This position is designed as a stepping‑stone for individuals who want to develop leadership skills and eventually progress to store management or regional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of front‑of‑house staff during each shift.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance and on‑site resources.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
