Team Leader / Supervisor (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader / Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Parkway Retail Park. This position is a stepping‑stone for those who want to develop leadership skills and progress toward store management or regional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and front‑of‑house staff during each shift.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash, inventory, and basic administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and improve sales performance.
