About the role

Join Sprout’s vibrant restaurant team in Ballsbridge as a Team Member. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, helps keep the venue running smoothly, and contributes to a lively, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep and service line setup.
• Provide warm, genuine customer interactions and ensure guests feel welcomed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant throughout the shift.
• Operate the till, handle toppings, mix drinks and learn all service areas.
• Follow checklists to guarantee dishes meet quality standards.
• Support food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety protocols.
