About the role
Join Sprout as a Team Member and become the friendly face that welcomes customers to our restaurant. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, helping with food preparation, service, and keeping the venue clean and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with prepping fresh ingredients and setting up the service line.
- Operate the till, serve toppings, and mix dishes according to menu standards.
- Maintain a spotless, safe dining area throughout the shift.
- Follow checklists to ensure each dish looks and tastes great.
- Support food‑safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Provide warm, genuine customer interactions and recommend menu items.
Required profile
- Good level of English for clear communication.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude, courteous and team‑oriented.
- Curious and open to feedback.
