Travel Sales Specialist (Remote, Europe)

About the role
We are looking for a Travel Sales Specialist to join our international Sales & Customer Service team. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers planning their European adventures.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from travellers and travel advisors via email, phone, live chat and social media.
- Convert enquiries into bookings by providing expert advice and personalised itineraries.
- Prepare bespoke quotations and process bookings accurately using our reservation systems.
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of our portfolio of over 300 tours and destinations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and travel advisors.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Fulfilment teams across Europe.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for helping people plan travel experiences.
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer service or a similar client‑facing role.
- Experience with a European tour operator, travel company, DMC or similar business is highly desirable.
