Waiting Staff – Restaurant, Banqueting & Foyer

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiting staff to join our busy hotel environment. You will work across the restaurant, conference & banqueting areas, the foyer, and support the bar and room‑service teams. Shifts vary from early breakfast to late dinner service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Set up and clear tables, polish cutlery and glasses, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Assist porters with room and function set‑up, including moving tables and chairs.
• Serve food and beverages in the restaurant, foyer, bar, and for room service.
• Hoover large floor areas and keep service zones clean.
• Support banquet and wedding functions from set‑up to clean‑up.

Required profile

• Excellent presentation and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent command of the English language.
• Previous waiting experience is a distinct advantage.
• Availability for mid‑week, weekend and flexible shift patterns.
