Wedding Coordinator

About the role

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is expanding its Weddings Team and is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer‑focused Wedding Coordinator. You will guide couples from their first tour through to the final dance, ensuring every detail of their special day is flawlessly executed in a unique village setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post‑event follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with couples and event organisers, delivering a personalised service.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of events.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for seamless communication and administration.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to revenue goals.
• Support on‑the‑day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a sales‑focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, personable manner.
• Highly organised with exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, mid‑week shifts, and varied hours as business needs require.
• Genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and event excellence.
