Weekend Leisure Centre Receptionist

About the role

Join the Killashee Hotel team as a Weekend Leisure Centre Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the leisure facilities, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth administrative support during Saturdays and Sundays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and register all leisure centre guests.
• Answer telephone calls, manage filing, and operate the PA system.
• Sell accessories and accurately input data into computer systems.
• Handle guest enquiries about the hotel and local services.
• Process cash transactions and charge guest accounts following strict procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the reception area.
• Provide tours of club facilities and convey opening hours and services.

Required profile

• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday, with occasional mid‑week cover.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, leadership, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Reception experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Operation of a public address (PA) system.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Data entry on standard computer systems.
