AI Innovations Architect for EA Experiences

About the role

Electronic Arts is seeking an AI Innovations Architect to lead the design and deployment of cutting‑edge generative AI solutions for the EA Experiences group. You will work closely with the Head of AI Enablement and global teams across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia to prototype, iterate and operationalise AI capabilities that enhance player engagement and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research and stay ahead of emerging generative AI and traditional machine‑learning technologies.
• Define requirements, rapidly prototype, and test AI‑driven solutions in collaboration with product, marketing, data and engineering stakeholders.
• Establish reusable architectures, standards and patterns using the latest AI engineering methodologies, models, tools and platforms.
• Build scalable workflows that free up teams to focus on high‑value creative and strategic work.
• Collaborate with global teams and operate in a hybrid work environment, including occasional international travel.
