About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for an aircraft leasing platform’s Dublin office. The role combines front‑of‑house duties with broader office administration, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for visitors, staff and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, answer calls and handle general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality arrangements and support internal events.
- Liaise with external suppliers, maintenance providers and building management on office‑related matters.
- Oversee office supplies, access control and overall workplace upkeep.
- Assist with facilities projects, repairs and day‑to‑day operational support across the office.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, office coordination, facilities or administrative support.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional communication style, proactive and approachable.
- Comfortable working in a visible, office‑based support role.
- Willingness to work five days per week on‑site.
