Community Manager – Waterford Place

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Waterford Place property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property activities, team members, and resources to achieve budgeted goals.
• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property or community management.
• Experience with workforce or affordable housing preferred.
